Pictures2Win - terms and conditions

1. These competitions are open worldwide and all entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

2. This competition is an on line digital competition only and postal entries cannot be accepted, digital images must be submitted on the enter competition page or via email only.

3. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of pictures2win voting competitions and judged competitions is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. All competition photos should be uploaded at the enter competition now page.

5. If you experience any problems on the upload page for the cash prize competitions only entries can be submitted via email to: admin@pictures2win.info

Once we have uploaded your image we will then email you on how to pay for your entry.

7. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date. Late entries will not be accepted.

8. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them.It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.

9. Photos that have won or been placed in previous Pictures2win competitions cannot be re submitted in any new competitions please bear this in mind when entering new competitions. If you do enter a photo by mistake that as won or been placed in any previous competitions you will be asked to submit a new entry.

9.1. You hereby grant Image Enterprizes to use any image/images that you submit to be used by pictures2win.com for the sole purpose of advertising any competitions now or in the future that pictures2win, our partners or affiliates may advertise in the press or online.

9.2. You as the Photographer still retain all rights to your image/images that are submitted in any of our competitions and from time to time we may get enquiries from interested parties wishing to purchase/use an image we will forward that enquiry to you via the email address you entered when registering on our site.

9.3. You shall be solely responsible for the submission of Images and any consequences arising from use of the Images, either by Image Enterprizes or our partners and affiliates.

10. In each of the Free competitions we operate you will be allowed 1 or 2 free entries as displayed at the time of the competition, And unlimited entries per member in each of the Cash competitions. Late, illegible or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties

11. Any entry which is deemed inappropriate e.g.,defamatory or depicts nudity, violence or inappropriate acts, not suitable for the competitions, etc. or which otherwise violates these General Rules, the image will be removed and the entrant disqualified from any future competitions.

12. Any image that we receive information on regarding any copyright issues will be removed from the competition. In the case of cash competitions a refund will not be issued and the entrant banned from entering future competitions.

13. Competition are limited to a set amount of photos or a specific date as described in each competition although this may be subject to change from time to time. When the competition is closed each entrant will be allowed a 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place vote for their favourite photos within the competition. Votes will then be counted and the winner will be notified via email within 5 days from the competition ending. Voting for your own photo is strictly not allowed and anyone found to break these rules would be banned from entering future competitions.

14. The cash prize competitions are a skill competition,by entering your best photo other entrants in that category will be allowed 3 votes,they will then vote on the photo they deem to be the 1st 2nd and 3rd best photo in that particular category and the winner selected after votes have been counted, voting on your own photo is strictly not allowed this will be monitored when you vote by placing your email address and name in the boxes available at the time you vote if no email address or name is supplied or you have voted in the wrong category by mistake the vote will not be counted.

15. The prizes as described are available on the date of the competitions.If any problem arise that the prize advertised is not be available a same or higher specification prize will be supplied. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives "Camera images featured on this site are the registered trademarks of the relevant of companies".

16. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.

17. In the win a camera competitions postage and shipping is paid by pictures2win but winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes,or import duty fees associated with the receipt of their prize.

18. At any later date if we find a winning image is found`to have been stolen and not the work of the member that entered the winning image the member will be banned from the pictures2win website and we will take legal action to recoup any prizes and or prize monies paid out.
